My wife and I have been renting condos down here for almost 20 years and our daughter has been enjoying Costa Rica since she was 4. It's a place where we can come to relax, recharge, and soak in all the goodness that Mother Nature has to offer.

In January of 2019, we finally had the opportunity to buy our favorite unit and we didn't hesitate for a second.

We spent two months renovating and putting our personal touches on the condo to make it our dream retirement home for the next 40 years.

We are delighted to be able to share this experience with you and make The Celebrate Life Condo available for rent when we back in our home state of New Jersey.

Travelers who enjoy this "little slice of paradise" here at Mar Arena Condominiums in Jaco Beach are people who like to enjoy "The Best of Both Worlds." They like to relax by the pool and do absolutely nothing or go for a nice hike and say "hi" to the monkeys. They like to just sit on the beach reading a good book or go explore the Pacific ocean on a kayak-snorkeling tour. They like to meditate and do yoga or take on the waves and surf all day.

There's a beautiful beach in the front yard, beautiful mountains in the back, and an Olympic-size pool surrounded by well-maintained gardens, palm trees, and fauna when you walk out the door.

It's an easy 15 minute walk into town that features an abundance of restaurants, local shops, art galleries, and little supermarkets. (Or, you can take a 5 minute taxi ride that only costs $3.)
