From Short Hills, New Jersey to Baltimore, Maryland, the Celebrations Continue for The Taitel Family…

Mazel Tov to Nathan and Dr. Zoe Altshuler!

What happens when you combine two beautiful families, the best caterer in town, and a client who always knows how to celebrate with style? "Perfection."

It was an honor and a pleasure to produce another exceptional simcha for Haya Taitel and her family. First, it was Haya and Steve's wedding, then Zoe and Ariel's B'nai Mitzvah, then Elijah's Bar Mitzvah, and this past weekend it was time for Zoe and Nathan to get married!

Having Nathan's brother Daniel fly in from Israel to sing in the gorgeous sanctuary at Temple Beth Tfiloh with Isaac Morris accompanying him on keyboard made for an unforgettable wedding ceremony. Along with the blessings of Rabbi Dr. Elly Yoggev and special prayers from family and friends, it was clear that Nathan and Zoe have a strong and meaningful foundation of love to start their journey.

This was my first time working with Yaffa and the 'Catering by Yaffa' team and they lived up to their stellar reputation. All of the guests enjoyed the delicious food and friendly hospitality and I was a big fan of their professionalism. There were many moving parts to this event (we literally moved a wall, the mashiach, twice) and Yaffa made sure that every timeline transition that Nathan, Zoe, and I requested was seamlessly accommodated.

After the kind of sleep you only get after being "on your feet" for 14 hours straight, the long drive back home was delightful. I actually don't like driving very much, but thinking about all of the fun, meaningful, and exciting moments from the event made the trip home go by pretty quickly. Knowing that Israel Orange was there all day with his photography and cinematography team working hard to capture all of the magic so this once-in-a-lifetime celebration can be enjoyed forever is such an awesome feeling.

Shout out to Will from Beth Tfiloh Congregation and Tammie from Baltimore Coat Check. It makes a world of difference when everyone on the production team goes all-in with their efforts and willingness to go above and beyond.

I was able to snap this pic of Zoe and Nathan smiling from ear to ear after they broke the glass at the ceremony and that's the image that will hold me over until the next family affair.

Onwards and upwards...

Cheers!
