Vibe Dining and Inspiration at The Bradford Rooftop: An evening with Jordan Marshall and Kristen Wilson

Had the pleasure of watching Jordan Marshall cultivate a delightful vibe dining experience last night at The Bradford Rooftop in Bridgewater NJ. He's such a talented performer. Jordan has the unique ability to entertain youthful audiences as well as adults who enjoy feeling youthful.

Since I'm usually in bed by 9:30 pm, I didn't stay to catch Kristin Wilson's soundtrack, but I'm grateful that we had the chance to enjoy some inspiring conversation, delicious tapas, and refreshing mixology. (they make a very nice non-alcoholic mojito btw)

I'd recommend the oysters, lamb meatballs, and tuna tartare tacos if you want something light yet satisfying.

Definitely consider The Bradford the next time you're looking for a little slice of NYC right here in Jersey.
