Six years in the making. I finally earned my Elite Trainer status from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).

It started with my certification as a FITNESS professional. Next up was NUTRITION. Now, I've earned my LIFESPAN advocate credentials which give me the knowledge to help youth and seniors feel and look their best.

Whether it's for a client, my family, or myself, I'm excited to continue helping the world Celebrate Life!
